What is an emergency repair?

We provide a 24/7 repairs service. If you need an emergency repair we'll usually attend the same day, but always within 24 hours. 

We’ll either complete emergency work immediately, or make your home safe, and return to complete the job at a time that suits you.

  • You can call us on 0300 5000 926* and our Contact Centre is open between 8am and 6pm weekdays. Outside of these times our Out of Hours team is available for emergencies. 
  • You can ring the same number for emergency situations which may arise in your new-build home relating to defects.
  • If you are a key worker or student, please contact your local Accommodation Office. 

Your individual needs may mean other exceptional circumstances might also be an emergency, so we'll consider this when you contact us about your repair.

Advice for other major issues in your home

You may be able to resolve the following repairs issues yourself, but please contact us if they become an emergency.
