Coronavirus (COVID-19)

It’s really important that we all 'keep safe and don't pass it on', so please keep checking the government’s latest advice.

We’re also making sure we’re working safely in your home.
You can find the latest information here around the impact of lockdown restrictions but we aim to maintain the vast majority of existing services as far as possible where we can do this safely.

(Please note that some services may also be affected if our staffing levels reduce due to high levels of self-isolation or illness.)

Shaping Sovereign's services

To make sure the influence of residents was at the heart of our business, we decided they themselves should create the right structure. This structure is made up of three groups:
  • The Resident and Board Partnership
  • Scrutiny Coordination Group
  • Community Action Groups.
Find out more about these groups, or get involved by getting in touch with our scrutiny team.
