It’s really important that all our residents and employees 'keep safe and don't pass it on', so please keep checking the government’s latest advice on what you can do to keep yourself and others safe.

We know that some of you are worried about how you'll pay your rent if you have the virus or need to self-isolate. We want to reassure all our residents that no-one will lose their home as a result of this.

As the coronavirus continues to impact us all but restrictions gradually lift, we're starting to reintroduce more services, initially prioritising the backlog in services like lettings, mutual exchanges and repairs. We'll work in some new ways to provide these services safely as well as continuing with essential services – like emergency repairs, safety in your home, and support with rent, financial issues and employment.
