Coronavirus (COVID-19) update

It’s really important that all our residents and employees 'keep safe and don't pass it on', so please keep checking the government’s latest advice on what you can do to keep yourself and others safe.

No-one should be concerned about being evicted because of Covid-19, so we want to reassure you that no-one will lose their Sovereign home during this difficult time. But it’s really important that you continue to pay your rent to avoid future financial problems and large debts. If you’re having difficulty making your payments, we do need you to speak to us as soon as possible so that we can help.

As restrictions gradually lift, we're reintroducing more services. We initially prioritised the backlog in services like lettings, mutual exchanges and repairs. We've now restarted some planned maintenance, are taking calls to book new routine repairs and are working in some new ways to provide these services safely. 

We’re also continuing with essential services like emergency repairs, safety in your home, and support with rent, financial issues and employment. You can continue to call us about these on 0300 5000 926 (or 0300 330 9496 if you’re a market rent customer).
