Coronavirus (COVID-19) update May 2021

Following the government’s announcement relaxing the Covid rules again, our day to day repairs service is now re-open, and we’ve relaxed restrictions at our housing for older people, supported and extra care schemes.
This means we expect to get more calls and other contacts than normal over the next few weeks. We’re putting in more people to support this but please don’t be surprised if you have to wait longer if you ring us. We may also take longer to carry out your repair too.

We know it’s still a difficult time for many people, but it’s really important that you continue to pay your rent. If you’re struggling, please speak to us. We have experts you can talk to about paying rent and managing debts, claiming benefits or finding work or training. There’s lots of useful information on this site or call us on 0300 5000 926 (or 0300 330 9496 if you’re a market rent customer).
  • ‚ÄčIf we’re due to visit you, please tell us if you’ve tested positive, have symptoms and or are waiting for a test result.
  • If we’re working in your home, we’ll wear face coverings and ask residents to do the same. Please give our team space to work and open windows before, during and after our visit for extra ventilation.
