Local lockdowns and other restrictions

We’re closely monitoring infection rates in our areas and the need to respond to any local lockdowns or other restrictions at short notice. If this is the case, we’ll restrict our face to face services in affected regions but will continue with essential services like emergency repairs and safety in your home. (Please note that some services may also be affected if our staffing levels reduce due to high levels of self-isolation or illness.)
