Coronavirus (COVID-19) update July 2021

 

The government’s eased most Covid rules but organisations can decide for themselves whether it’s appropriate to reduce safety measures. Infections are rising rapidly at the moment, so we’ve decided to still take a cautious approach.

We'll continue to offer all our services, including a full day-to-day repairs service. But we'll continue with our existing safety measures, to keep both our customers and our employees as safe as possible.
 
  • If we’re due to visit, please tell us if you’ve tested positive, have symptoms and or are waiting for a test result.
  • If we’re working in your home, we’ll wear face coverings and still ask residents to do the same. Please give our team space to work and open windows before, during and after our visit for extra ventilation.
  • Check the government’s latest advice on keeping yourself and others safe.
